Congratulations and warm greetings on the occasion of the Platinum Jubilee Celebrations of the Vijay Marie Hospital. We are happy to share our pleasant experiences at the hospital during the deliveries of our both children. It was providential that we were referred to Vijay Marie Hospital and in particular to Rev. Sr. Dr. Susheela for the consultation. Sr. Susheela was very professional as well as very kind and compassionate in her approach during our monthly visits to the hospital. All our worries and tensions vanished in her presence. We appreciate the non-commercial approach and also Sister was kind enough to give us concession during the discharge. Secondly, I was also admitted and treated for kidney stone problem in the hospital. I acknowledge their accurate diagnosis and immediate attention to my situation. We are grateful for the affordable and quality services that the hospital is offering to the different sections of the people from different places. We take this occasion to acknowledge the nursing care, doctor’s concern and the hospital ambience and hygiene in the hospital is commendable. I, Sara Fatima (Vijay Marie Hospital patient) firstly would like to congratulate hospital on the platinum jubilee celebrations. I have a very strong connection with VMH and with Dr Sushila personally since my first visit to the hospital in 2002. I would like to share my extraordinary experience at VMH with the team of amazing doctors and the nurses.
In the year 2009, I went through a life-threatening complication, Postpartum haemorrhage (PPH) after I delivered my third child. In spite of the condition, I was brought I n to the hospital, doctors and nurses who were here put in their best efforts to help and save my life. I am here to write this today just because of the care and support I received from them. The staff and the nurses showed professionalism and were very caring.
To conclude “I just wanted to say thank you all from the bottom of my heart for the wonderful care you have given me over the past 21 years. Each day, I’m grateful that you are my physician and nurses. No one could ask for a better health-care team, you have been absolutely amazing!”

I believe that the 9 months before delivery are very precious and one always wants the best as anything can go wrong at any point. So it is very helpful at this time to have good support, especially on the healthcare front especially from the doctors. Certainly, one has multiple options to select from, to go to any kind of facilities available in the city and we are happy we chose Vijay Marie Hospital for our baby’s arrival. The reason was very simple - I had really good feedback for the facility as well as the doctor and our experience was also amazing when we visited the hospital for the first time. These 9 months are definitely not easy and at times very stressful too. We got the immense support from the doctor and her team made us feel most comfortable.

Eight years back I met one aunty and discussed about my health issues and she advised me and asked me to go to Vijay Marie Hospital and to meet Dr. Susheela and she said that 20 years back she had her delivery done in Vijay Marie hospital.
I have a genetic problem and due to which I lost my two male babies. Only after my second baby I came to know that I have this genetic problem which is transmissible to my children. For which I was asked to go through lot of genetic investigations and counselling prior to the next pregnancies and also during the 1st 3 months once I become pregnant. Following my pregnancy, I underwent all the necessary genetic counselling and work up needed at NIMS Genetic department following which I went Vijay Marie Hospital for further management of my pregnancy. I am also quite obese, had three times abortions and four deliveries, and a genetic problem with all these risk factors I visited Dr Susheela at Vijay Marie hospital seven years back after having completed the genetic work up. I had all my check-ups with Dr Susheela and gave birth to a healthy baby girl through normal delivery and now my daughter is 7 years old and is very healthy.
Again, last year I went to Dr Susheela with pregnancy and had my check-ups. Doctors monitored me carefully as i had several risk factors. The payments are so very reasonable, sisters, nurses, housekeeping staff were very polite and good from heart. Doctors are the best in giving good advices and treatment. Neatness, regular cleaning etc are very good and felt like home atmosphere.
Dr Susheela is the person in whom I have seen my mom again (I lost my mom 15years back and I am the only daughter to my parents.) Here I want to share one of my personal experiences. My second pregnancy was not easy; it was full of twists from day one till end. In the 9th month I went for my usual check-up and came to know that Dr. Susheela was out of station for a meeting. I had my check-up - by Dr Geetha as my BP levels were high even after medications I asked to get admitted immediately. I was informed if BP does not come under control, it may be necessary to deliver by caesarean section. There was no one with me to stay with me and look after me during and after my delivery both in the hospital and at home.
In my desperation I texted Dr. Susheela mam about the situation. She responded immediately and spoke to the duty doctors on phone and advised them what to give and asked to wait for some time. Second day also situation was same and doctors said it would be good to do delivery through C section as the Bp was not coming under control. Again, I informed Dr Susheela through text. She again advised to wait till next day morning and if delivery does not happen by morning may be could think of CS in view of risk factors. But that I went into labour and had a normal delivery and gave birth to a beautiful baby girl. I so thankful to Dr Susheela Mam, duty doctors who were on duty that day, especially Dr Padma who motivated and convinced me and helped to away from my fears of the whole delivery process. Thank you, dear doctors, for all your patience and understanding and help.
This is the best thing I want to say this is the best hospital, with best doctors and with good hospitality providing wonderful services. The cost of treatment in this hospital is very reasonable compared other corporate hospitals.

One of the best hospital for obs and gyn. Expertise care round the clock at affordable cost. Recently happened to visit hospital for kidney stone, met dr karthik. He deals with patient with utmost care and compassion, definitely recommend him for all kidney stone tumor and infection related issues. Surgery cost is almost 30 to 40 percent when compared to other hospitals. Recovered and discharged well.

I am very happy to learn that Vijay Marie Hospital, Hyderabad is celebrating its platinum jubilee and coming up with a souvenir on this occasion. I would like to share my experience associated with this hospital. I was recommended to this hospital through a friend in the year 2009 and was referred to Dr. Susheela Gayam for consultation throughout my pregnancy. Every time I stepped into the hospital, amidst the buzz around, the cheerful and humble Doctors and nurses attended to me always. Every check-up I had; was taken up meticulously and ensured that mother and baby are safe. The surgeries were well planned and executed. Dr. Susheela is adept given her experience and background and handled both my deliveries. I have never been to the hospital in my life except for when I had my babies. If it weren't for Dr. Susheela Gayam, I would never have felt calm and relaxed without Dr. Susheela's treatment and advice.
In a time when healthcare is mostly about money, this hospital is a testament of providing affordable care to everyone. I personally thank God for the wonderful association I had with the hospital and wish its services reach out to many needy people for years to come.

An Act of Divine Appointment
This is my notable experience at the Vijay Marie Hospital in April 2023 where I underwent Laparoscopy Hysterectomy procedure. Prior to this, I had visited about four expert Gynaecologists in this city of Hyderabad for my requirement as I am a special needs person being operated for my Cleft in my childhood. However, it is an act of divine appointment where my brother's colleague recommended Dr. Susheela Gayam, the Medical Superintendent of Vijay Marie Hospital for my health care requirement. Immediately we followed up with Dr. Susheela who has taken keen interest step by step in dealing with taking up Lap procedure for me. Upon conducting several lab tests, I was operated successfully by Dr. Susheela G. on Monday, 10th April 2023 and very affirmatively felt personally God's sent angel in Dr. Susheela G.
The Hospital administration and the Nursing staff were very cooperative in my case and the stay until discharged. Further follow ups were also done and the Doctor was pleased with my health care as I followed her advices and medical instructions. This is my true experience with Dr. Susheela and the staff at Vijay Marie Hospital, Hyderabad.
